A Pasola horse in Waiha river, near the village of Wainyapu, Kodi. Pasola is an ancient tradition from the Indonesian island of Sumba. Categorized as both extreme traditional sport and ritual, Pasola is an annual mock horse warfare performed in response to the harvesting season. In the battelfield, the Pasola warriors use blunt spears as their weapon. However, fatal accident still do occurs.
